How long does it take to receive my custom mouthguard?
The total process typically takes 2-3 weeks. This includes shipping the fit kit to you, the time it takes for you to return your impression, and approximately 10 business days for our lab to handcraft your guard.
Can I wear an Impact Mouthguard with braces?
We offer specific mouthguards designed for athletes with braces. Our orthodontic versions provide the necessary protection while allowing for the movement and adjustment of your teeth during treatment.
What is your return policy if my mouthguard doesn't fit perfectly?
We guarantee a perfect fit. If your mouthguard feels uncomfortable or loose, contact us within 30 days. We will provide a new fit kit and adjust the guard at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction.
